Everyone loves to have a weekend breakfast/brunch, or for that matter an any day brunch!
The problem is that often we overindulge on our weekend brunches and this action is in complete conflict with our desire for a healthy lifestyle.
I have found that what often makes the difference between a so, so breakfast/brunch and a really delightfully satisfying experience is in the sauce that you put over your eggs or toast.
Because of this, I decided to research a healthy sauce that is still incredibly tasty.
This is a simple yet incredibly tasty avocado sauce that is not only good for your breakfast/brunch but for many other foods that it will greatly enhance.
My personal favorite is a sunny side up egg (or scrambled, poached, or however you prefer) on either a bed of lettuce, keto-friendly low-calorie bread, or a rice cake with my following sauce makes me feel like I am overindulging even though I am really eating healthy.
Please give my avocado sauce a try and let me know if you enjoyed it as much as I do!
